It’s so good to offer fun ways to inspire people to improve their health.  How do you encourage your children to get out there and play with a ball instead of getting hooked into Pl….Station Games?

Yesterday I had two family outings.  One was to Kid’s Hockey – so that included sport, social, sunshine and fun.  The other was to a bird sanctuary where we walked, fed the ducks, ran on the beach, took photos, pretended to be Hobbits and generally had fun.

I’m so Tired – What do you think?
