Energy Balancing – Daily Balancing Routine

This daily Balancing Routine sends messages to balance the energy flows along the meridians.  I learned this routine from Ellie who is my health guru when I want to find out anything about energy medicine.

I use this daily balancing routine every morning to balance my energy

Start with one hand on tummy, one on top of the head. Then swap hands. The next one has second and third fingers straddling the mount, with the opposite hand on the tummy – then swap hands. Then the bobby shaftoe move. Then milk the energy away from the fingers. Lock each leg, then lock each arm. Enjoy!

    When I was a child I would save positive feelings by putting them in an imaginary box, to be used later when I needed them. 😉. I would also scoop negative thoughts away from my mind and throw them away out a window. A version of what u r doing, Janice. x
